Building cooler houses

Hi everyone, I have been on the server for a little over a month and see all these great houses and homes. Can anyone help and elborate how to build the homes I see everywhere? I see amazing homes everywhere with very different looks. When I go into the custom menu on one of the houses I have, it doesn't have nearly the size or custom options I see everywhere!

You can merge multiple houses together to make a larger house. See the merge option when placing a house.

In addition to the things in the customize house mode, you can place and lock down normal items and you can use yard wand items to achieve the look you want. Yard wand items can even be placed a little past the house boundaries.

Think big and use overlap-- you don't have to just merge custom homes, you can merge classic homes with custom homes as well. I once built a castle comprised of two keeps and a custom 18x18 connecting them together. I've also connected two castles with a long viaduct above a sunken 18x18.

Thanks for the reply. So does that mean I have to buy another slot each time? 500 ED each time to combine them?

500 ED to buy a slot. 50ED or more to combine it with another house. The folks with the bigger complexes have put a lot of ED into their houses.
