Downloading Razor

So after coming back to the game, I have been trying to get Razor once again with no luck, does this even exist anymore. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I don't know about Razor anymore, I used it at the very beginning but switched to uosteam quite fast, I find the interface very similar but macros are much easier to write: https://www.uosteam.com/
