when you downloaded the client, it created a shortcut in your desktop, right click it , and select open file location, that would be your file directory.
In it you drop the expatcher that you downloaded and then run it

If I try to enter with my first account, it tells me that it is wrong and if I try to put a different account it says this:
There is some problem communicating with Origin. Please restart Ultima Online and try again.
the first time I open it I get a video, the second one does not come out anymore.
at the bottom it says this: UO Version 5.0.9.12 (patch 46)

The good news is that your client is working perfectly and your connection to the server is working fine:
- If you get a "There is some problem communicating with Origin" message, that means that there already exist a username that has previously connected with your IP.
Therefore you can either try all possible ways of writing your password or wait for the e-mail response
To retrieve the password: (this is an old reply from +Colibri)
Send an email to the address listed on the frontpage, in the email write your username and you might also write your character name in case I have problems finding the account. Then I'll send back a few questions so that I can verify that it really is your address, once you reply back to that I will reset your password to something that will be automatically generated.
Hope you get the problem solved soon
