I have been jailed for 72 hours once I said to a player that he was on ignore and that I would do no more business with her. The player paged and said he was leaving the shard because of me. While I was jailed, I asked colibri to actually read what I told to that player, that it was no more than an argument between two players in private chat. Colibri FINALLY (after more than a day and a half and a gazzilion pms from me to him) decided to read, insted of judging by the word of a "trusted" player, and he released me right away from jail. What I am saying is that it is easy, even for a "trusted and respected" player to put somone on the [...] list.

And know what? That player that reported me, saying all her familly and her were leaving because of me, still plays on this shard.

You know polar bear if you are going to state something at least get your facts straight.

I never page word one about you(Coli can confirm this),in fact I only spoke of what occurred to one person and that was AFTER I had in fact deleted and gave away everything I owned,the ONLY reason I came back is a very nice friend of mine kept emailing me asking me to change my mind and return,but alas my health matters more(I see a neurologist for MS this Friday in fact)and a loser like you just isn't worth risking being hospitalized.

I hereby ask you Coli to delete my account and do as you wish with all my possessions.

I am at the entrance of prism of light, in fel, very far away from everything, with Electra, who is waiting for me to help kill ice wyrm. I ask Electra to wait, that I maight have to go back in trammel. Maybe 10 minutes later, Electra goes lol! Isolde is offering him her organics.

Me: [pm Isolde: Wow! That is not the way I do business! Make me wait more???? No way, I am now putting you on my ignore list and want nothing to do with you.

End of the story.

Now, without reading logs, Colibri decided to jail me for 3 days. I can tell you regarding the words that were exchanged, that if what I said was enough for jailing, jail would be full 24/7 for just what I hear on general chat everyday.

You don't need to delete your account or stop playing over that little argument. I wont interact with you nor will talk to others about you ingame.

If I have been somwhat rude, please forgive me. But I think this is verging on drama while there was not much about it all.

You really what to know what went down that night,here is a run down.

I went into Destard to fill a large bod with a couple players,after which I turned it in and to my shock it was 5800 organics,which I added to the 1200 I had left in the bank(I had 2200 till I gave away 1000 of them as a wedding gift).So I post about having over 7000 organics for sale,you answer you were interested in them,then no word from you so I pm you.Meanwhile while I wait for your reply I remembered I had promised Electra first offer if I got anymore so I pmed her to ask if she was interested,all the while carrying on a convos,both in game and messenger.Now the one person that had been with me expressed an interest in buying the organics so I had decided he would get them instead at about the same time Electra and your pms came through,I hadn't even had a chance to read hers when I read yours,

How nice and care bear you write it here,actually what you pm'ed was a vile and vicious spew attacking my character as greedy and a gouger.Now I have one of two choices,either come out fighting(I'm Scot/Irish,trust me you don't want to meet me if you attack me or my family)or just say 'To heck with this nonsense' and walk away and that is exactly what I did.

I have,since the day I arrived here,tried my best to be both honest and helpful to other players.I have given away dozens of bods,the large and all the smalls,to players to help them collect organics,I have spent over an hour doing trades with other players all to get a new players the missing pieces they needed for a larges,I have helped players tame things they were collecting for larges...But I am greedy and a gouger....You know the only thing you got right in this whole situation is this is too much drama and you are the queen of it,and frankly sir you aren't worth a second thought let alone getting worked up over.

I tried to stay out of your way and hoped you would mine but I suppose that is too much to ask of some people,as I had said my account will be gone and that is that,the shard is yours so how about you FINALLY drop it!

This is really a sad situation and the saddest part of all of it is that is was all avoidable,

Fingers,had you taken just a few seconds to listen to her you may have understood what was going on and the whole situation could have been avoided.Barring that you could have had the decency afterwards to go to her and talk it out and apologized for your venomous words(I seen your pm to her and you were very rude and out of line)and let bygones be bygones.

Instead under this post,you further demean her character as 'trusted',everyone knows the meaning behind your tone,trying to play the victim in all this instead of the instigator.Then,as if you hadn't already done enough,you throw salt in an open wound by being less than honest about what you had said to her all the while under the guise of an apology.

So here and now I am going to ask you to do what you should have done in the first place,apologize to her.No backhanded apology,no slap in the face apology,no 'I am the victim but I will say it to appease you' apology but a sincere and genuine apology for what you said,she deserves it and it is long overdo.

Please feel free to copy paste that pm. Nothing more than: "wow! You made me wait for nothing while dealing with others, this is not how I feel business should be done. You are greedy, you made me loose my time and it wont happen anymore, because you are on ignore". I'll tell you what, she just called me a loser and a drama queen and that is probably 10X more rude that what I wrote her. Am I unhappy she called me that? Yes. Am I going to ask a thrutfull apology for doing so? No. Am I going to quit the game all in all because of it? Heeeeeell no!

I realize that the player involved in that misunderstanding is living hard real life issues that might have caused way more drama than this situation should have. I might have been a little bit "rude" in the way I wrote my incomfort about waiting for an answer while she was dealing with others. In that I already apologized. But we are not talking about anything really hard core. As I previously mentionned, Jail would be full 24/7 and all players would quit if I have been just half as rude as what I read on a daily basis in general chat.

Does that make me a loser, a drama queen? As that person just said about me? I don't think so. There are dozens of player that will happily confirm that!

There is never only one side to a story, therefore (as you might have forgot with all this drama, the subject was about making a list including undesirable players) this is why I am absolutely against a "butterfly list"!!!!!

As for that issue involving fingers and Isolde, I've been handling it and investigating it and since you two brought it this far I can say a word or two. It has been unconventional since another player reported the rudeness, not Isolde. In my opinion, Isolde didn't have to quit the shard at the first rough patch, but I can understand that some people are more sensitve than others. But still, fingers, you had no right to take your stress on her, just because you were in a hurry to get to a spawn. You got the information that you might trade right away, so it was your decision to either wait or to go with your original destination. It was just 10 minutes, and it's just a game. And well, although your situation had some connection with the previous post, i dont think it's appropriate to post in such detail about this problem. It's old news now, let's move on.

And well Chroma, I'm not sure why you posted because your reply didn't aid the situation.


This thread is about the problems of people invading champ spawns. I suggest all posts from this one forward, are about the topic, not a month old problem that can be settled with PMs. Or if that's not possible, then admins may mediate.

The list as I was talking about had rules, you had to achieve a certain standard of proof before it was a verified account of what happened. For the time and purpose it did the job quite well.

At this point I guess people just need to get real familiar with the screenshot button. I have my own list of people I won't deal with, but I don't tend to share it with people outside of 4-5 select people. I just tend to claim a few bodies during champs and not even bother with the gold split and end up leaving without even dealing with it but since most people don't do that then they need to keep a legit copy of what goes on.

I don't spawn much and i'll accept anyone at a spawn I am doing unless Its up to level 3 (10 candles). There are a few cool spawners that I will gladly let in at any level. Myself, I turn around and leave even if it is just started, unless the player that just started it invite me. I either share gold or I let it to the others;-)

I think the idea is to be nice and not greedy.

I guess it's my day to go posting away.

I was on when this happened but was not part of the group. I have stated before that I just didn't feel like going to champ as every time I turn around someone would have a problem with something. I avoided having to be around it and thus a possible part of it by not being there. Besides there just to fue for the people who already want them it appears. I didn't say anything about this before in this thread even though it got dragged in the public chat that night. I do remember pointing out along with others to the OP that if they did as accused jump the champ it was not allowed, was said to be cracked down on, and to read the forums for information. Instead they came in here to complain about a valid player taking gold for the group. I assume by Colibri stating this thread was about a champ jump he's already looked through the logs to see what happened. That must have been a fun time.....

I find it funny that it's a complaint about a player in the party claiming the gold by someone who was accused of jumping the champ. It was clearly stated to them even in chat that you do not do that after eight candles. That wasn't mentioned in their post. It was not mentioned that the said gold grabber told all the valid members to meet at brit bank to divide up the gold. Over chat at least one of these people were told that they couldn't enter, didn't ask, and also were asked to leave. Again not mentioned.
