Jailed again :(

The fact of the matter is... at one point or another, most of us have done dumb things that we regret. Another fact.. everyone gets angry, or frustrated at some point or another, and that generally leads to to other dumb things we regret.. so... all that remains, is learning from those mistakes and regrets.
I do not pretend to know the philosophy of Coli and Staff, but i do know this is a private shard, and the direct result of that is, the owner, and his staff determine the rules. Sometimes those rules are hard for certain people.. i have tried to play on other shards with different rules, but did NOT get along well. I dont like cheating, stealing, scamming, harassing, swearing... or DRAMA... RL has enough of those things in abundance, and.. IRL I have spent my time in jail because of how i dealt with those who cheated, scammed, lied etc.. and, honestly.. do not regret how i dealt with them, or the time i spent paying for it... which brings me back to you... apparently, you, like me, have accepted the consequences of your actions and learned to deal with it.. so now, the job of differentiating between what you MUST do, and what you really dont need to do.. that might get you jailed comes into effect.
It is a good shard to play on, better than any I have ever been on as a player... Hang out and try to accept the rules.. you have nothing to lose by trying, and you m8ight just find, that living by these rules makes you more friends than if you buck the rules

Rules exist to have the shard run in a correct or balanced way.
A red line, so evryone knows the right direction.
But, as RL, always are some circumstances, which make you
do a little turn, circle, whatever, to get back to "the mainroad" again.
Like cops tell you not to park your car at an unallowed place.

But like, they wont you force to choose an other parking place
by directing you with a tank.
Nor would you get arrested for 15 years for such.

There is surely no need to discuss rules.
But, IMHO, there is no need to nearly always use cannons to shoot the birds.
A bit more sensitive common sense sometimes has far more effect.
If players are always placed as the "idiots, who dont want to hold the rules",
I`d ask myself just one thing:

If kids dont behave, its not only the kids fault,
its also those, who teach behave.
Only force never worked in the past, nor will in future.

UOEX is called a family shard.
How about, it would be a bit more family?....from both sides.

Just my two cents.
