I was thinking, couldnt it be possible to buy Runic tools with ED?
We can already buy artifacts and alot of other very Strong items from EDs so wouldnt it be natural to also be able to buy runics,

Perhaps a 20 charge Ethereal runic for 100ED or something.. I dunno.

but yeah, dunno if the wood elementals are random as the leather elementals are, if they are infact then petrified aswell.

I've done over 600 charges of garg knives now and gotten 1 ethereal runic, getting a bit annoyed now

Well actually, thinking about it, but why not leave some things just very rare and hard to get

Ethereals are the only rare ones, pretty much because the way leather elementals spawn is weird. Even at 1300+ luck I'm lucky to get more then 1 in 10-15 minutes. In 20 picks or axes I can pull down 10 petrified/platinum.

What harabakc said, though I dont think elemental spawning is based on luck in any way, dont have the ability to check though so Colibri will have to answer to that.

as harabakc said, getting platinum or any other runic hammer for that matter is easy compared to ethereal.

in my experience with mining 1/10 uses will (generally) summon a elly.
