I'm not sure if I'm reading your question right.... but if you're asking what I think the answer is "no". There are no premium accounts on Excelsior. There is however, a donation system in place where you can donate to the serve and get Excelsior Dollars in return for some nifty stuff. You can see some of the things you can purchase with Excelsior Dollars here:
