Found that in my backpack today. It also sez "Free Powerscroll Friday".

So, what's this scroll? Tried double clicking on it and nothing. And, what is Free Powerscroll Friday??

Please let me know how to use this or if it's just a deco item, and tell me about Powerscroll Friday.

I've only been on UOEX for 56 days, and you folks are full of surprises!! Kinda Like That. Muhahahah.
