Been away from UO for so many years, have to relearn everything all over again. But perhaps some of you could help me out by answering a couple questions I have?

First off, how does this server differ from a regular UO shard? I've noticed you get powerball items that raise a skill, as well as special 'new player equipment'...but is there anything different gameplay-wise? Also in this category would be the custom areas you have.

Secondly, what special commands are unique to this private server? I learned [c is for public chat, but I don't know of any of the other ones, and can't find any information on the website regarding this.

If you've played on other private shards we've probably got a lot of similar things to them.

Special woods, metals, and leathers up to petrified, platinum, and ethereal respectively. Crafting is done through gumps on tools, taming has a crafting tool. We also have a special thing call bio-engineering that requires tinkering and taming and you can make pets.

The guide section on the site and the wiki page have all kinds of info about shard specific stuff.

As for all the changes made to the server go to http://www.uoex.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=616. I havent started reporting at the very beginning, but at least some is documented.

Othervise... well wiki and the guides can be a start.
You will learn as you play, unfortunately we don't have a knowledge base where every single feature written in detail. I hope that over time, the wiki will cover most of it.
