We're looking for volunteers and guilds who want to have a lot of fun, make new friends (maybe pick up a few new guildmates) and help write history on Excelsior! Our next event is coming up on November 5 (tentative date but pretty much set in stone)! It will be a festival held at the Player Run Event center just north of Umbra.
Guilds are needed to host games! Currently we have three guilds so that are in and we could use at least 7 more to make the day extra fun! Right now, the only event set in stone is Skeleton Dash, a new version of the Chicken Run that was so popular last year! Golden Temptress is also re-making her house of horrors! (Ok so she didn't call it that but did YOU go in it???) There is a track built for beetle races but no one has claimed that game yet! There are also game stalls for each guild that wants one. Game prizes are the responsibility of each guild but we WILL furnish participation tokens for you to hand out to each player. They turn those in to us to receive the participation award for the day!
So either contact me here on the forums or either me (Neve DeLeon) or Culichi in the game and save your spot! I'll also be planning a few meetings in the weeks between now and then to get people together to make decisions for the over-all day... as well as to make sure people are where they need to be on preparations.
Last year, the Fall Festival was a GREAT event! Let's make this year's better!!!
