hi i am a fisher and i killed my first sea serpent but i cant loot it
it says that its to far i cant move my ship closer because of the serpent so its inpossible to cut it up or loot
anyone knows how to do this ?

mybe its due to me being only have half the 80 ish skill and i am not supposed to get a serpent ?

You can use command [claimall if you cant get your boat near enough.

got 2 more serpents while in 95 ish skill and it went well got 2 special nets from 2 serps

for some serpents i still need to use claimall

I think it's a flaw in the games mechanics. It has nothing to do with your fishing skill.
In some cases the corpse is simply blocking the boat. This could be fixed in the code afaik.

You can move the boat away from corpse then line up thd gang plank and move that side of boat towards corpse while standin on the gang plank. If corpse is in front or behind go forward or back then move to line up the gang plank. Much easier to [claimall u wont lose any by doin this afaik not sure bout scales.
