anyone know what the "Bag of treats" unlocks???

did you get this item from doing the Trick or Treat quest from Mary (just south of mistas)?
If it's what I think you should go a few tiles north near Lysel and they'll trade you (automatically) the bag for one of the quest rewards (it's totally random what you get). If that is indeed the case i'd do so ASAP because that bag of treats can decay rather quickly (as it's a temporary quest item).

bag of treats is from trick or treat quest temp item. go to npc on east bench named kyly just to the right of mary and she takes bag and gives u the reward
