can someone give me a detailed description of how and wer it can take place and what terms ?

It is legal:

1. In the PvP dungeon at all times (except if it's a special events and we announce temporary special rules). Going into the dungeon implies that one agreed to the rules, therefor consents to all attacks from anyone.

2. Outside of public area (out of towns, at your house, in the middle of a forest), as long as it's consensual. All players involved must agree to the PvP. This is possible only for guilded players.

And to explicitly write that: it is not permitted to engage in a fight with someone who doesn't know of your intentions or who did not want to start fighting.

so its more role play pvp chaos order that kind of thing fighting between guilds thats pritty kool least you dont get people moaning about item loss

That's exactly the thing... there already was an attack last week and there was a whole mess about what items got looted and if they were all returned to the player then.

This shard is primarily non PvP.
Running around and being attacked by rivals is not an option. It's considered against the rules.
The PvP dungeon is there just so that people can try out their skills and tactics vs a real person.

So then what would be the point to guild warring?

If you want to pvp goto a different shard or hit the pvp dungeon staff shouldn't have to keep explaining things that are already in the rules.

absolutely none, except roleplay
in fact: once warred only your own guild can heal and res you and your pets (stock rules, unless its been customized and i never heard about it)
