begging

So a few weeks ago i had started training begging on the pirate npc by britain bank. It worked well [i'm around 80 something] and i just went to continue training it and i'm getting the message "they seem unwilling to give you any money". It doesn't seem to be letting me train it on anyone, the message i had gotten previously was the pirate telling me he didn't have money to give me. Does anyone know if there was a change to begging that we need to train on someone else? Thanks!

I got to GM begging from the pirate bartender myself but don't recall the message changing at 80. how long did you try after the message changed at 80? could be bartender was nerfed recently but give it a couple of hours before giving up on him.

I just went from 25ish to GM begging on the pirate in the span of about 16 hours...didn't seem to have any issues.
