Paragon Dungeon Idea for the Fearless!

This post ties in with the End Game thread. +R asked for ideas and I came up with 3. All which should challenge the mightiest of us, with 2 of them designed for everyone.
1. Paragon Dungeon
Take a stock unused dungeon and spawn it with Paragons, but not just any paragons.
Mobs: Sphinx, Minotaur's, Palace Guardian, Eidolon, Dark Father, Balron, Ancient Wyrm, Skeletal Dragon, Ancient Wyrm, Polar Wyrm and Abomination.
Loot: Loot tables similar to Lady Mel (with gold) and/or add level 7 and 8 T-maps and/or Powerscroll.
Access: Have the access to be a randomly spawning portal in Felucca. Similar to how the Abomination and Noble spawns move about.
2. Maze in Green Acres
This was a widely successful event I held back in my Admin days in another UO life. I created a very large maze with corridors 2-tiles wide. At the end of the maze was a very sought after and unique weapon. The maze was filled with hidden teleport pads that would send you anywhere inside the maze. Sometimes forward, sometimes back, and sometimes all the way back out. It also had hidden doors and a surprise at the end. I opened it up about once a week for over a year. Nobody ever made it to the weapon, though a few came close.
3. Challenge Race
Another successful event of mine. Concept was simple. A small group of participants at a time had to navigate the course. First one to the finish line won. However, along the way, were hidden teleport pads, invisible walls, damaging lava, perhaps a detour into a room of dragons, etc. The runners ran without armor, jewelry or weapons. If you died along the way, well your chances for winning were greatly reduced. Each heat winner would take on the others until only one winner was left. All participant were rewarded though.
