Isnt it yust a littlebit ridiculous that one hive can have (wax/honey) 30/180 and other 0/30 ?
maybe it would be more logically if they have a chance to produce less than full amount, in place of nothing.
And about strenght potions, which using all hives still are infected and diseased (with perfect amount with water and flowers)- or it depends on how mutch, and are you at all using agility potions?

I don't even use strength potions anymore. I just do 2 agility and 1 poison/ cure each.
As far as the amount of wax/honey in the hives, not all hive produce. The max hives I think you can have and still produce is 22 - 24. Even then a few might not produce.

At 22 hives, not all produce every day. Supposedly, somebody in the past has experimented and found that the peak amount is 22 hives. After that your returns start diminishing.

I think the production cycles are great, it is called reality. IRL, bee hives do not produce at the same rate, why should they in game. If you sit there with an abacus calculating how much gold your bees will have provided you by the 12th of never, I guess it is an issue. Me, I just like to play the game.
Just my opinion

What about the fact that all hives are equally diseased and infested. And I didn't change the amount of water and flowers from day 1. Just at some point they started to act like cloned without the production. They all require cure and poison potion every day, no exception for the last 3-4 mounts (may be more). Anyone else experience that? I send help request but it seems GM's can't help.

According to Wiki "an older hive is more susceptible to infestation and disease", which in practice means they are permanently diseased and infected after I think less then two months. And yes, I do think this mechanic is pretty dumb because it makes flower and water levels optimization completely pointless.

Many years back when there was no chance of bees having the epidemic penalty based on how many hives you had, some players had over a hundred hives since it was extremely profitable. At the time, we added this soft cap - the more hives you have (on the whole account, all characters and/or houses), the bigger this chance is. There's no exact number, you can have a hundred hives and a few will still produce - but combine that with the time it takes to apply potions, and the cost of potions, the optimal number is probably around 20-25.
About hive age: there's no diminishing of production as hive ages. I see this was written on the wiki, I've just edited it.
this part is true: "A thriving hive can last indefinitely",
this part is false: "however, an older hive is more susceptible to infestation and disease."

Wait, if this part is false then why do all my hives (146 days old today) get diseased and infested every single day? I have too much water (they must be detecting water tiles in the house because I have no other water sources, I even trashed all starting pitchers) and optimal amount of plants. While at the beginning my hives were getting infested and/or diseased occasionally, at some point it turned into uninterrupted infestatiodiseasefest.

are u applying all potions or just agility, poison, and cure (all greater ). if usin a script perhaps u need to modify it to apply strength and/or heal potions also. my bees at the moment are 1190 days and no slow down in production . also all are thriving.

I use 2x agility, 1x cure and 1x poison each day. All hives at 100k and thriving, wax/honey production is fine. They don't lose health, they are permanently infested and diseased.

I yust wanted to put in that seems it depends from age, but +C already posted that.
Anyway after he told that hives counts per account , seems is usless to have 22+22 hives in seperated houses.
Sadly plan is failed

Hello all!
Can I ask if someone has managed to make a beekeeping macro, and could share it with us?
