Excelsior

First off, I would like to share how much I have enjoyed my first month on this shard. I haven't played for 3 plus years and now am experiencing a new shard with Super-friendly players. Thank you all.

My question is this? I asked the other day about Greater Dragons due to reading about them on the stratics tamer forum. I was told we dont have them on Excelsior. Basically, how close is the shard to what I read about on Stratics? Are the monsters of the same stats? Barding difficulty?

On another note, can someone explain how luck is actually used to determine a drop here? Is it most damage done? Highest luck? How does a party affect this?

I read up on luck the other day after our "unlucky" runs thru the Gauntlet and it seems the person/pet that does the most damage determines the luck/drop chance. So im sad to say it was my fault we had a bad run. I did most of the damage with 5 nobles and had only 200 luck on. That is why your 900+ luck had no effect that day:(

Anyway i fixed the problem and am now running around with 1241 luck so that should fix the problem:)
