Random questions :)

Afternoon All,

I am fairly new to the server and I had some general questions I havnt found answers to yet, hope you dont mind.

So my first question is about attribute caps such as damage increase, spell damage increase, etc. Do we have something somewhere that shows the caps on these things? Id like to start building out my character for end game.

Next question is do we have a [gump command or [stats [skill or something. Ive seen this on a lot of servers and its more or less a character sheet that contains your attributes. Super helpful instead of counting out points and stuff :).

Ive noticed everyone is basically an archer. Is this because there is a cap on int bonus modifiers along with spell damage increase? Another question is about champs. Lets say i find a champ and solo it do I get all 5 scrolls? Ive only done the newbie champ solo which gave me one scroll. So are all champs like that? It seems more beneficial to let people know in general chat right?

I had some more questions but i cant remember them atm. Ill be sure to come back and read up on any comments back thanks!

Nope, client used on UOEx is sadly pretty old. No custom stat gumps either. If you use UO Steam you can use object inspector on your character to see all the details.

Yumi is one of the best weapons in the game (base damage, specials, ranged for additional safety). Dexxers on UOEx are more powerful than plain old mages. SDI is uncapped.

Thanks for follow up! Very much appreciated! WHat about champ spawns are you limited to 1-2 scrolls regardless of the players at it? Like they usually only drop 5 scrolls if i remember correctly, if you solo will u get 5?

You only get the one to two PSs for the champs even if you solo them. But if you solo them... you have a better chance of a good PS. Because the champs are coded to favor the new players. Meaning the newer the player, the better PS you will get. While the veterans have a lesser chance of anything good. This information is from Colibri from a discussion years ago.

There is also the gold issue, in champ spawns you get gold rewards divided into the number of players killing it, so if you solo it you will get max gold.

Well, it is, given how powerful you can become on uoex.
