i had a small computer crash ( spilled coffee on the laptop ) I had to reload razor. now when i log in with razor it think i am new and have no characters. when i log in without razor it shows my guy. same username and password. i thought if i had to replace my computer i could just reload and uo and razor and when it recognized my username and password it should also have my already made characters

Make sure you have the right shard address in Razor: shard.uoex.net / Port: 60

Definitely sounds like you are logging two different accounts. Razor just points to the shard, so it shouldn't matter. It seems you are either logging two accounts on uoex, or razor is sending you to another server.

You have to login with the real id and address and if you have forgotten that then you will have the issue regarding the login. Here I can understand that the address you are giving is incorrect. Make it sure.
