Using pocket telly in Halloween Dungeon?

Has anyone else had weird stuff happen to them when they use their pocket telly to leave the Halloween Dungeon? I few times I ended up in Hythloth dungeon instead of TC or Brit. Now, the latest one is I end up in outer space with nothing around...take a look:

Travelling spells don't work in the dungeon, so I wonder if this is a side effect of the coding involved with that.

I've heard that they were once a donation bonus, other than that only grand auction or buy from another player.

Been a donation bonus at least 2 times. Also sold at raffles, not sure about auctions but i'd imagine they've been sold there too.
