most of those items do exist here but mainly as craftables or special event rewards. we do have a lot of spawning rares but the really valuable spawns are not well known and people that do know keep the locations to them selves. if you are interested in collecting rares you should visit junobo's rares museum. pm me when you are ingame so i can show you the museum and answer any rares questions. i love collecting rares myself although my collection isnt as good as junobo's.
