Hi, i'm new in this shard, i have played many years ago and now is the time to return to play!

Just a little question because my notebook is not very performant and i have found this client that is very powerful and fast and then i would to know if i can use it or not without any violation of rules.

This client is like uo classic but is better, use less memory

Sounds fishy...I would recommend not opening the link and deleting this thread.

You can use any scripting engine you want up to and including entire custom clients. I believe Orion has been discussed in the forums before. The shard has lots of custom graphics so unless your client relies on the graphic files from the shard's official client, it won't work out well.

I won't enable javascript on mega.nz (I prefer my computing sans-virus) so I have no idea which client you were looking at.

Hey, just letting you know i've removed the link. Between you and me, I think it's probably OK, but still rather not risk it... The thing about downloading files from file-sharing sites, and trust is... well, you shouldn't trust that, maybe if a friend sends it...

If you can, please link to the official download site for that client.

As for the client, well we started the shard back in 2006 and the compatible client version 5.0.9 is supposed to work on computers from that era as well. I haven't tinkered with the Orion client yet, but i guess if you point it to our custom files (anim.mul, tiledata.mul, etc...) it will probably work.
