Lost account Need HELP please

Hello all,

I just started playing about days ago. Today, i want to log my account on a new laptop. It gave me message "There is some problem communicating with Origin". I log my account back in on my old laptop and allow a secondary account for my wife since she wanted to try it. My wife was able to log onto my old laptop but I still cannot log into her new laptop.

I was at a lost so I had my wife log her account on new laptop. Once she was on, I added another account (using my old account sign on). I think this action deleted all my old chars. Is there a way to get it back. I worked really hard in the past week to get a lot of stuff and trained a lot of things already.

thank you for the suggestion. I already put ticket in online. I will not send an email as well.
