Hello Everyone...just wanted to give an updated post on the upcoming Player ran auction tomorrow night!! This event will be at 7pm CST following the IDOC event. Players who submit items for sale pay a 5% fee after the auction. The seller is free to tip the auction staff if they feel they want to but it obviously isn't required. We do put a lot of work and effort into this though. If players or buyers even want to tip, they can drop whatever amount of check they want into the inbox on the front steps and myself and staff will gather that later that night after the auction. Anything is appreciated.

So a couple of things... "How do I get to the auction house?" This is a very good question! While I would love to have it added on the gate menu of shops, 300K is a bit too much for me to afford at this point. Maybe in the future. So for now, if you click on the "custom" option on the teleport menu, then select "House Gates." From there step onto the blue shield and on the west wall you will see a red house teleporter kind of isolated by itself. It is titled "Bidders' Paradise Auction House." Once you arrive, feel free to mark a rune for future use.

After winning an item, the buyer must immediately pay for the item. At this time, I unfortunately do not have a bank stone at the auction house so you may need to run to the bank and come right back to pay for your item. Again, hope to have a bank stone in the near future.

1. A rare, I believe to be 1 of a kind, deed to a 2-Story Villa. From what I'm understanding it was a newbie type reward back in 2011. I cannot confirm that but what I believe to be the story behind it.

2. A 5x60 leveled Yumi

3. An Imp Ferret

4. A baby box celebrating the birth of +Colibri's daughter

5. Batwings

And so much more! Feel free to submit items up through the early hours of tomorrow. This auction can't be a success without players submitting items to sell! Just a suggestion but it may help if you had all the items out on on a table for everyone to see before the auction starts.

I keep items in the bag that the owner submits so that there is no confusion of items. I highlight a few of the items that are in the auction. Kind of adds an element of surprise not knowing what may or may not show up. Totally depends on what players want to submit. I appreciate the suggestion and understand that viewpoint.. but I'm just wanting to keep items secured and in a way that they stay w/ the submitting seller so that there are no issues.
