A&E Silent Auction Services

A&E Silent Auction Service now available
First and foremost, I want to thank everyone for making these silent auctions successful. We started this in the basement of A&E Pawn & Jewelry with 18 items and it has grown each auction to our current gallery with the capability to handle 120+ Lots in one auction.
All items from the first few auctions either belonged to Eboj and I or submitted by invite only. This makes it so we don't end up with numerous items that don't sell or things we feel are simply junk. We would like to open our auction services up publicly.
I do not mean accepting items for the next auction from random individuals. I mean the auction as a whole is available as a service to individuals or groups such as guilds.
UPDATE! We have done this once and landed the seller 188mil
Here's how this will work. An individual or a guild or a small group of people can hire A&E Auction Services. We charge a small fee up front to cover expenses and take a percentage on the back end. The auction will be ran by Eboj and myself just the same as every other time, the only difference is the items all belong to one customer or group. The individual or group may remain completely anonymous if they wish. You must have enough items of value to make it worth running an auction. We'll take care of EVERYTHING, and in the end you get a check and a list of what sold to who for how much.
We have done several of these silent auctions now and have the system worked out beautifully. They all run for 7 days and have only had 1 or two items ever not sell at all. We have the facilities and the experience to run your auction for you.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. You must have a minimum of 40 Lots to sell NO DUPLICATES (we reserve the right to refuse any item for any reason)
2. The items must belong to you or your guild
3. Pay the negotiated upfront fee
4. Willing to agree to a negotiated percentage fee collected at the end of the auction
WHAT YOU GET:
1. A 1 week silent auction of your lots
2. Full setup and take down in our dual 18x18 gallery
3. All advertisement including forums, world chat, and town crier
4. A full list of each item, its final selling price, and winning bidder
5. A breakdown of the take minus fees and a big fat check for you
These auctions do take a fair amount of time and work to setup, plus they run for a week. I don't know what the response to this will be like but keep in mind we can really only do about 2 of these per month at max. Also know this service is really aimed towards older players who have been collecting valuable items for years.
