Is there a way to contact staff when the matter is urgent, as in: the server is objectively broken for everybody?

At the moment the server is lagging (pausing for several seconds) once or twice a minute. I'm sure +C will notice sometime in the next 5 or 10 hours, but it'd be nice if I could somehow let him know now.
