I am a nostalgic UO player who started at T2A as my first online game ever. It's been so long that my journey through UO is very blurry now, but I have jumped on many different private shards beside OSI, played from T2A to ML (only had a slight walkthrough in ML though).
Then I met my boyfriend, who is an EQ person (I mean that as in when UO and EQ came out at the same time, and two games have very different characteristics
). I quit UO and played other MMO with him from now on, at the moment mainly World of Warcraft. Although I still find some random private shards to log on from time to time just because I miss UO. However since university hits it's been another long while that I touch UO again.But now here I am, can't keep my hands off the nostalgia, I looked up shards that may have something customised while still plays like UO. Hard to say what it is, but UO has elements that no other games have, making it so attractive to me all the time. Private shards usually catch my attention the most with the nice and small community, creative customisation and minimisation of flaws from OSI.
I guess I've chosen Excelsior to be my next land mark in my UO journey, if I can ever stop it

The download has just finished and it is installing. You may not see me a lot in game because I plan to play very casually, as well as me being used to travel alone. But if I do have time, I won't deny a fun hunting party =D
