i have been away working for a while and now i cant login who do i contact for help

If you don't get any other suggestions from here, you may want to consider starting a new account, then put in a ticket once you can log in. I know of at least 2 other people who ended up starting a new account, then use that to put in a ticket and get their old account back.

That's exactly what I did. If you can give them your email you used, and approximate date of when you stopped playing they can find your account information. +C did it for me and was great to get my old guy back.
