I cannot log in - is the shard down?

If the hosting provider owns the equipment, this is where you say: put my hard drives in a new server and give me a refund for the weeks in which it has been unreliable. Give me a refund lets them know you're serious about them putting you on a new server immediately right now, not when they get around to it.

Currently the computing/servers/IT is in a weird state... components out of stock, long server provisioning times, also long ticket response times. But the server is paid for in advance so i wouldn't want to just scrap it. Going to migrate us to a temporary server for a few weeks, while i tinker with this one. Worse case scenario we remain on this temporary one, and i decommission the current faulty one.
