trainers....

so i have been using these trainers for a few years, mostly for pets.... most recently i have notice they do not gain when i switch ips and log in from a new computer. it takes some times 2-3 days before they gain...does that count against my limited time on pets to gain stats?....seems like i lose 20 to 30 points per time....?
