mana leech and whirlwind attack

If your weapon has mana leach (or any other leach) and you use whirlwind attack, does the leach have a chance of hitting on every target hit by the whirlwind or is it just on the main target?

The leaches have a chance to proc on every target you hit.

A rapid test can be done easily if you want: travel to Fel. through world teleport then immediately recall back to Trammel. At this point you have zero mana and very slow mana regen. Go to one of Tram dungeons with an high number of mobs like Deceit and do a WW attack while surrounded by enemies. I did that and when the first mana leech landed my mana went from 0 to 282 instantly.

The same happens with life leech, i did the test inside Fel. Wrong (risky without high end gear).

I didn't tested stamina leech.
