A Dock that fits here next to my house nicely decorated with seating. Maybe like 20+ tiles out.

imo i would like to see "all" docks that i own auto refresh my boats instead of havi8n to shrink them constantly.....n i dont mean by having to pay 100 million for a deed that we have to wait a week for a + to come n place it
