Help with Razor

Hello, I'm new to the server, haven't played in over a decade. Trying to get Razor to launch the client, but it won't. Is this a compatability issue? Running windows 10 home. This is my file location for the razor "load uo client" box: C:\Program Files\Ultima Online - Excelsior Shard\client.exe
