Best way to get a 130 Poisoning Pet Power Scroll?
Is this a taming reward?
Could it be a Raffle Item?

The only pet powerscrolls available are for Wrestling, Tactics, Anatomy, Magic Resist, Magery, Evaluate Intelligence, and Meditation. The 105, 115, 120, and 130 scrolls are rewards for completing Taming BODs, but the Doc Apoc champion in Felucca Nujel'm drops 135 powerscrolls. I have a 125 pet powerscroll that I found on a vendor, but I've never seen another one and have no clue where it came from. Maybe Doc Apoc also drops it.

Indeed, however it can be 'created'. It would make an awesome gold sink as a raffle item.
