Festive Banners

I am curious to learn how to get Festive Banners and how many of the different colors there are. So far, I have seen 7.

they are low level and extremely common halloween quest rewards. there are some very rare versions that do not have a hue name on them like (baby poo) or whatever those were from 2017-2018 and where at that time a high level reward and are rarely seen anymore. i cant recall how many hues there are but if you do a history of sold search on uoex vendor site for "festive banner" you will be able to see most if not all the hue names there.
