That would require 800 points.
I only have 455 left.

Fireball is 4 AP every point 50 x 4 = 200
Spell damage is 20 x 2 = 40 which isn't needed...for those unaware OnHit effects do NOT scale off of anything related to magery. Tested more times than can count.
Probably do 50 hit energy arena
Then dex +8

It wouldn't take 800 points... It's 400 SP to add fireball and harm to 50 each.
SDI most certainly does affect spell procs on weapons also. It doesn't affect the area hits, but it does affect the single spells.
Being a warhammer you could add fireball to 50 and an AoE effect to 50.
Add strength before dex. The additional strength increases damage and HP.
If there's left over points, spell damage or HP would be the go, depending on what your other stats are like.

this is just an opinion i clearly dont know as much about weps as john warren but for a new player 8 dex is really a huge deal even more important for Survivability than the 8 strength. of course the wep itself is weaker with dex instead of strength but as a new player i remember how hard it was to get to that magic 220 dex without relayers.
