Has this always been like this?

When I set a filter on one of my tailoring BOD books, all my BOD books change to the same filter, even the fletching, smithing, and carpentry BOD books. EX> Set filter to small, spined leather, all BOD books change to the same filter.

You have a choice between "set book filter" and "set your filter." If you use "set your filter," it affects all BOD books.
