I'd just like to suggest this as a possible code addition to the server which would not take much effort for an admin with 15 spare minutes to create.

If I knew the code better I'd write it myself and send it to you, but I don't...so here goes.

How about a guild Message of the Day system, to display a MOTD to each guildmember when they first log on to the server, and then again whenever it is changed? I think it would be really helpful for some of us smaller guilds (like mine, with 5 people currently) to stay organized and active.

I absolutely love the idea..

I could actually write this script myself without any issues, however there is one problem.

The script requires that there is a motd.txt file in the database when you load the server, and if it isn't present when you load, all accounts would be tagged as though there is no motd.

The real problem is, that the motd.txt can only be edited by someone with access to the scripts, such as Coli.

I'll get to work on this and see what I can't do to find a work around on that. =)
