Crystal Trees Demolished?

Were the crystal trees broken for a reason? Kinda sucks since I used a unitub on one to place a deco.

i thought there always was a chance of breaking them if you move them about in your bag or on the ground

at this moment I believe there may be a problem with them as multiple players have lost them. A note has been left for +Colibri :>

Those trees were actually byproducts of a bug in the Piece of Crystal drop that us staff have been working on fixing. We needed to change them back because of a drop issue and a rare situation that happens when they are in your backpack.

If you used a universal dyetub on one for decoration, I will be on later in the day to check it out and likely reimburse you with a universal dyetub.

Hina was kind enough to refund my unitub for the one I had dyed. If you guys are under the impression the crystal tree drop has been fix, you are mistaken. I received another one halloween night while at prism.
