Balance

Possible ideas to fix what I see as the problems and balance things.
Allow recall but put an account timer (1 hour 2 hours etc etc) on when you can return to felucca IF you recall or /stuck out. Also if a character is logged out in Felucca and exceeds the above account timer they are auto ported back to Trammel at which time the account timer is restarted.
and
Make all pets move at the same speed as a mounted individual (or in the case of bio pets force them to use mounts the same as players which would force the usage of (an) additional pet slot(s) for the bio pets mount)
