Elven Notes
Elven notes are hard to get! I have collected over 12000 notes in 12 months of play and I am very active and kill bosses daily. The average boss drops say 20 notes. I had to kill 600 bosses just to get 12000 notes! So for example you would have to kill 50 bosses to afford a pendant of the magi! That’s a crazy amount of work for a necklace!
Elven notes are worth about 4000 gold in this economy. If you go to heartwood to shop the prices are too far out of whack to ever actually purchase anything. The prices need to be adjusted to accordingly:

Examples:
Arrows are 7 gold each at the vendor stones
1000 arrows=7000 gold

in Heardwood
1000 arrows cost 50 Elven notes which is 200k in gold!
So each arrow cost 200 gold!
WOW 2,857% markup!

Faerie Fire costs 6,000,000(crazy price)
Assassin Short Bow 600k(worthless)
5 dark sapphires 200k(should cost 20k)
Pendant of the magi 4,000,000
5 Plat Granite 200k(should cost 5k)
50 Plat ingots 200k (should cost 5k)

You might adjust prices so that 1 elven note=around 4000 gold

I certainly agree with your post, Electra. The pricing on nearly all of the items in Heartwood is loopy.

I typically sell all my elven notes anymore, as I find it too time consuming and pointless to hoard all those notes, when I really can't spend em on anything.. Not sure who buys em, but someone sure does.. ^.^
