Ok if you come to an auction and complain about how few items are being sold.......
Maybe you should consider all the time people spent doin emotes, asking questions, having conversations about everything else, giving opinions on starting prices or item selection, or complaining about everything at the auction being more than the 125k you brought along.
Basic Rules of an Auction are sit, no pets, no talking, no emotes.

I believe if the rules had been followed on Sunday a lot more of those items could have been sold.

I also say staff jail em for the duration of the auction and let them fart or faint or cough in the privacy of a nice cell where we don't have to put up with them and the people who came to go to an auction can enjoy the auction.

I would also like to point out that they can be muted. However i dont believe that a staff member of any sort should have to do so. Certain emotes are granted such as *applaudes* or *cheers* for instance but for the farts and burps and such they are clearly un called for and is meant to come from children. I understand that there are children that do play but like this i am sure has been stressed time and time again this is a family shard or at least for what i have known of it. That doesnt mean we can all be a bunch of disrespectful wankers and disrupt ones event or enjoyment of the game.

I would think that in my experience children, teen or adult, when attending a wedding, funeral or even just a library, are meant to conduct them selves in an orderly respectful manner. Why can this same attitude be constituted through out auctions if not everywhere on this shard?

I admit i dont get to too many auctions because weird as it may sound it is held on weekends and weekends is when i play the least but in this past 14 months or so i have been playing here I have logged in well over i am sure alot more than most except for the ones of course that spend countless afk hours. And clearly I am a vet dating well back to even before Ultima was an online version and have played near every version for some time or another with approx 6 or 7 yrs dead time collectively but not all at once. I was actually on this shard when it started for a few months but school had gotten to hectic and I was forced to continue my education and give the time i had up for uo to school. Enjoying this shard and the staff at that time only gave me reasoning to why i returned approx 14 months ago and have been here since.

Once again I jsut want to point out that this is a family shard and why cant we all just respect eachother even if we cannot all get along. It is possible why not do it.
