shard down? I can't get in Excelsoir, but i can another shard... anyone else?

Col said he was having problems but then I was able to get back in.....
He then said that he would reboot the server....
Not able to get in now...13:08 GMT

the problem was a noise on the optics from the ISP's router to the ISP's main station... was causing problems for some time, but once it was fixed, server was up again and totally stable.
