Well I was curious myself and this came up in [c today so i figured I would make this work.
It's simple enough. You need to go here http://www.runuo.com/razor/download.php and download the OLD Razor client - 1.0.0.
Once that is downloaded, you can open your c:\program files\razor\ directory and make a backup of your macros and profiles folders.
Now install the old razor that you just downloaded. After that copy back the macros and profiles folders.
Now go to http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/deta ... laylang=en and download .NET 1.1. You may think you have it installed already but do it again just in case. This was my problem, I have Windows 7 Ultimate so I thought that I had to already have this but it turns out I still needed to d/l and install it.
That's all. Start Razor and select the 3d client.
