Calan Caitan and I have been standing in Bedlam for more than an hour, only to kill 4 Ancient Mages, in which none of them have dropped a crypt key. Can the spawn time be increased PLEASE? This is straight torture...

one night (before i knew that there was a decay timer on those keys) i got one, and then i waited almost 2 hours till i got another one; by that time the first one went poof. I didn't know what happened till someone told me. grrr. ah well, no matter for some reason or another i can not add anything to any box. it's been over 2 weeks, and i've tried:

getting new items for chest with a new container.
getting new items and adding it to old container.
putting old items in new container.
putting old items in somewhat old container.

for the gem container:
can't put anything in container.

i paged a gm and he said that it's being worked on. so i don't know if it's still being worked on or i have buggy containers.

yeah I found out the hard way about the timer on the key too XD

Bedlam is the UOEX version of Hell.

The only thing it lacks is giving Grizzle 45,000 life

yup..crypt key is nasty..malachai is worse to me..after 6-10 kills (he takes a bit to respawn too?) i have yet to get his pendant..
(on the other hand i like skeletor , you summon him on demand!)

in Parox's palace, the problem seem to be putrifiers, slow respawn and low drop rate
We (me and TheWatcher) cleared the room (3 putrifiers), then managed to kill spider/snake bosses twice, and only 2 putrifs had respawned by then. After 6 or 7 kills we gave up, with no putrid brain at all.

Have drop rates/spawn times always been like this?

skeletor is great for elven harvesting. malachi well for me it's been a 1:3 ratio.

if i get a brain (if oz permits) i'd happy to give you one. not like i ever use mine.

regarding the key..5 mage whatever kills (between yesterday and today) and still no key
will keep editing the post until i get one!! GIEF ME KEEEEY..

[edit]: got it on 8th kill..WOOOT! gonna park myself in the crypt now

ps: i'll park krumhur in the crypt until i drop 1 pendant, and farm notes meanwhile! thanks for sharing the tip anarchy (jack the musician did the same quite some time ago tho )
