I see there are 106 players online, I cannot seem to log in though, or at least I cannot access the character screen. Interesting...

Interesting indeed - are you able to log into The Portal (portal.uoex.net)? Do you have another UO client on your computer that is maybe being loaded up instead of UOEX's?

By the way.. when you attempt to log in, what message is displayed?

one time I was playing and my client crashed, nothing new. But then I found I couldn't log in. I tried about ten times before I decided to reboot (I knew the sever wasn't down because I was on team speak speaking with someone who had no problems) when I restarted my computer and tried to log in again it still didn't work after maybe 10 minutes or so I tried and it worked XD I did nothing new it just decided to work so maybe it was the same situation for you?
