Just trying to compile a list of goodies everyone has found within Hallows Keep. Feel free to add to the list where you have found stuff. 
Marshmellow Ghosts - laying around
Candy Corn - laying around
Pixie Sticks - laying around
Exploding Pumpkin - laying around
Pumpkin - laying around
Gummy Brain - laying around
Right Arm - laying around
Left Arm - laying around
Ghostly Robes - off of Ghosts
Vial of Blood - off of Bats
Vampire Shroud - off of Vampires
Zombies don't seem to drop anything special although I've noticed that they will chase you VERY quickly if you are carrying any sweets.
