Ever since the crash...

Ever since the crash on Halloween morning, I've been ignored.

Sent in multiple help requests in game on Monday and Tuesday - ignored. 100% of the time, no matter what time I sent in request, was told in game "No one available to help." Asked to be contacted when someone got on via email and that was ignored also.

Sent in an email to ca@uoex.net on Wednesday morning - ignored.

I want to get some of my stuff back. Since I was not given a courtesy, due to a router malfunction, I'm bucking up and using EDs as the website states:
Rescuing items and pets from a backup
We keep hourly backups for the past 3 months, and daily backups for the past year. This takes at least an hour of Coordinating administrator's time, plus the concentration and coordination to find your items and check for various irregularities, hence the price. This is only possible if you know the exact precise time of when you last saw the item. It's not possible if it was "sometime last evening".
- Initial price, to find the items: 100 excelsior dollars
- Each item or pet: 10 excelsior dollars (11th and further items are free)
It would have been nice, as a friendly courtesy, to receive a response as requested, stating at the very least, "Been busy, will get to it at X time/date." I understand you have real lives outside of the game, as do we all. But cannot understand three days with no response.

Hi there, sorry to keep you waiting. I got your email and I've sent you a PM in-game.

Keep in mind that the status of "if someone is available" is sort of funky, could be that one of us is online, checking the journal for help request notifications, but the system would see us as AFK so you will get that message. For that particular purpose, I've added a cool function long time back. If you click Help again (when you have a request in queue) you can click the middle option (Request pending). It will then go into a special queue that I check many times a day. Urgent things are handled asap, though some things are kept to wait if I'm busy with other things (lately more common since work is taking it's toll).
