Trash on the shard.

Post by Mystery Man »

Ok ive seen people complain about others dumping stuff on the ground and i think maybe its about time something should get done about it since some people don't really care about littering all over the place instead of just dumping something in their trashbag....I won't start naming names but i could if i was that way, which i'm not, if anyone wan't to post some ideas maybe +Colibri or any of the other GMs could maybe see this and do something about it...If it was me i would somehow figure a way to link items like for 1 the EXEX Bags that get dumped all over and whatever else to that persons account so that if they were to drop garbage on the ground they get fined by having gold removed from there bank...Any other ideas would be great because ENOUGH is ENOUGH....
After everything i've been threw, i'm still smiling...Not because i'm strong...But because i'm crazy!
Now that should scare you.....

i like that one idea of putting names on those bags. :) if they throw then on the ground we'll know who's they are. embarrassment is always fun. if they don't care. well i'll collect them and ask a gm nicely if they wouldn't mind locking it down inside their house. :) they proly won't do it but wouldn't hurt to ask. :)

there is a large section of ice island that has been covered with non static grass tiles and trees around a house that belongs to someone i have never seen on since iv played so.... i mean the yard tool its stupid and is a way larger problem / better solution to junk items then crying about people dumping items

So what your saying is if you take a few month break they should delete your houses?

Well its not just about the EXEX bags dude its about everything and having common sence not to litter all over the place...unless you really like the lag, which i for 1 dont.

People just need to realize that it's not that hard to just put junk items in their trash backpack. I do definitely agree that something needs to be done about this and quickly.

Although it is a nuisance I do not think this is an issue to gripe about, I believe the reason that Exex bags are left on the ground everywhere is that people do not realize that they can be trashed. The server cleans its self up at every save so there really isn't any reason to get angry :verymad: or mean  about this issue. Also i do not think it would be very nice to charge people for the trash they leave around, I mean everyone would be broke and it would probably fix the economy... wait... that might not be such as bad idea... 100k gold littering fine... adopt a highway anyone?

Agreed! I got a polar bear mask ^_^
Anyway, I always pick up the withdrawal bags and get a free token.

Trash bag = no weight/item limit? [claim/[claimall to specific bag to get rid of corpses? I'd pick up trash and [claimall corpes that way. At the present moment tho, it serves me no benefit to clean up after others tho. Lag, ok, got it, that will never change. I don't see a reason to clean up after others tho
