ok so if you dont read the development forum you prolly dont know but i am working on some new graphics for items.
i am going to focus mainly on armor and clothing as any new weapons graphics (with exception of replacing the current ones)
will cause the client to not see the weapon and only give you disarm and paralyze (unarmed) as specials.

As far as the graphics go i am taking them from various sources (other servers and sites that offer them) and i am also making them myself. below is a test image of a mask (my first attempt with selfmade art) its a little off center to the right and maybe 10% to big but thats an easy fix. Anyway I just thought you guys might like a look at some of the things that will be to come.

this is more what the finished product will look like hue is a little off because im a perfectionist but w/e ill get it

exciting work. Hope to see something acctualy done with this when its done and not just thrown on a todo pile

well whats nice about a new set of graphics file is that there isnt any scripting that goes with it... there will not be any "items" that go with the graphics but they could be used with appearance change

all joking aside, it looks friggin awesome.

Wow that is really cool. What graphic editing program are you using to do that with? Id love to know the details!

i use photoshop to edit the actual images and mulpatcher to add the graphics to the uo files.
